The Services SETA and CCMA have partnered to provide Foundational Training and Capacity-Building enhancement for Unions and Federations in the identified provinces. This is your opportunity to gain the skills and knowledge necessary for your roles as champions of progressive and improved workplace relations!
The Foundational training and capacity-building enhancement programme will focus on the following modules:
- How to use the CCMA and the law – Best Practice for CCMA Shop Stewards [M515-2023-01]
- Preparation and Representation of Parties at Conciliation and Arbitration Hearings [M501-2023-01]
- Substantive Law [M102-2023-01]
- Effective Negotiation Skills [M511-2022-01]
- Overview of Dispute Resolution in terms of the Employment Equity Act (Dealing with Unfair Discrimination in the Workplace) [CCMA-M522-2019-01]
NB: To derive maximum benefit from the programme, the nominated shop stewards should attend all five (5) above-mentioned modules.
