December 2023 Break Invoices

In preparation for the December 2023 break, all service providers are required to ensure all invoices (with required supporting documents) for goods and services rendered are loaded through the Invoice Management System (IMS) by no later than 08 December 2023. The Invoice Management System will be deactivated by close of business on 08 December 2023. Access to the IMS will be reactivated when Services SETA reopens in January 2024.

The above does not apply to Mandatory Grants (MG) employers registered with Services SETA as they do not provide goods or services to the Services SETA.
